Atlanta, GA.
Spent the day in hurried purchase of all the gear that I figured I would need. The Marines were no roadmap, so I had to sort of guess: GPS, sea bags, more green tshirts and socks, backpack, Leatherman, batteries, blank CDs, flashlights. And, of course, the X Box.
Pack pack pack pack pack. Then repack. For some reason, packing always really tires me out. Not packing for a four day trip for work. That evolution takes 15 minutes on the outside. I am talking about the massive pack job that mandated by weeks/months away from home. Maybe it is just the thought of being away from home for so long that tires me.
Noticed email in my inbox requiring that I bring the last seven years of addresses, jobs, employer data, etc., to replace my security clearance that had expired. Sure, nothing else going on.
